PRIVACY
The information we learn from customers is solely used to progress and post your order(s). We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site (with the notable exception of Credit Card details which are solely progressed through our Credit Card Payments Processing Partner) or give us in any other way. We use the information that you provide solely for the purpose of progressing and responding to your order(s).

PIMP YOUR PETZ ORDER FULFILLMENT

• PIMP YOUR PETZ ORIGINALS
  The design process will commence as soon as your credit card payment has been confirmed to us by our Credit Card Payments Processing Partner. We will however contact you directly should the supplied photographs of your pet be of too poor a quality to work with.
  Before sending of the photo print of the final product we will send you at least one digital ‘proof’ of the final design, at which time you can suggest small changes to be made. Once you approve the ‘proof’, no further alterations can be made and we will have it professionally printed and shipped to the address you supplied.
• PIMP YOUR PETZ RE-PRINTS
  Re-prints of designs in our Gallery will be send to you ‘as-is’ without any obligation to make alterations (copyright notices as seen in our Galley will of course be removed) although these can nevertheless be suggested as part of your order(s). We will have re-prints professionally printed and shipped to the address you supplied.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit PimpYourPetz.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All items purchased from PimpYourPetz are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself.
